We will work with you to discuss and determine the packaging design strategy that best suits your product, including target consumer profile, design style direction, material selection preferences, environmental considerations, etc.

Conceptual conception and preliminary design

We'll create preliminary design sketches and produce high-quality 2D or 3D renderings to visually demonstrate the visual impact of different design options. These proposals will take into account aesthetics, practicality, and potential environmental impact. You'll review the proposals, select your preferred option, and provide valuable feedback. Remember, every suggestion is highly valued.

Proofing and sample confirmation

Once the design style is finalized, we'll provide detailed recommendations for suitable packaging materials and printing processes, taking into account cost control and environmental protection requirements. Based on the final design and selected materials and processes, we'll produce one or two production-quality physical samples. You'll receive the samples to touch, observe, and experience them, verifying the color, feel, structure, and dimensions are as expected. This ensures every detail is flawless before mass production begins.

Final solution confirmation and mass production

After your final approval of the sample, we will sign the design draft and proofing confirmation as the basis for mass production. We will work closely with the production factory to purchase high-quality plastic raw materials and printing inks, and carry out core processes: blow molding or injection molding, printing processing, and post-processing links, including cutting, folding, and sealing, to ensure that mass production strictly follows the design draft and sample standards to ensure product quality.
